How much does FoundrForge cost?

Founding Member is INR 499 per year, locked for life on renewal, available to the first 100 paying members. Standard is INR 999 per year. Both prices are GST-inclusive and charged as a one-time annual payment via Razorpay; there is no auto-renewal. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Is FoundrForge free to use?

Accepted Answer

No. FoundrForge is a paid subscription (INR 499 to INR 999 per year). The paywall exists to filter for serious founders. Signups without an active paid subscription cannot access the founder discovery feed or chat.

Is FoundrForge available outside India?

Accepted Answer

No. FoundrForge is India-only. Users must be based in India or willing to submit to Indian jurisdiction. Data is hosted on MongoDB Atlas Mumbai (ap-south-1). Pricing is in INR and GST-inclusive per Indian law.

How does FoundrForge protect my startup idea and identity?

Names and LinkedIn URLs remain blurred to other users until a mutual match. Before chat unlocks, both users must acknowledge a 5 Ground Rules screen covering NDA-before-IP-sharing, upfront-payment scam warnings, and platform-liability disclaimers. Users retain a one-click right-to-be-forgotten data erasure under India's DPDP Act 2023, immediate and irreversible.

Can I use FoundrForge to hire employees or find freelancers?

Accepted Answer

No. FoundrForge is only for individual founders seeking a co-founder for a genuine startup venture. Recruiters, agencies, companies hiring employees, and freelance solicitations are prohibited by the Terms of Service and may result in Account suspension or ban.

Question 8

Does FoundrForge broker deals or hold NDAs?

Accepted Answer

No. FoundrForge is a networking platform only. It does not participate in term sheets, equity splits, cap table decisions, or user disputes. Any NDA between users is independent — FoundrForge does not draft, host, review, endorse, or store such documents.
